How can I cancel or change my booking?

If you have a flexible rate, you can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. If you have any specific requests regarding changes to or cancellation of your booking, please contact us by email.

Is breakfast included in the price of the accommodation?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast is served every day from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. Whether it is included in the price of your stay depends on the rate you have chosen. Breakfast can also be purchased on site, but we recommend choosing a rate that includes breakfast when you book, as this is better value for money for guests.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2.00 pm; check-out is by 10.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel and small pets are welcome here. We charge a one-off fee of 18 EUR for stays with a pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing a pet when you make your booking.

Do you offer free parking and Wi-Fi?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the hotel’s communal areas. Parking is available for a fee in nearby public car parks within walking distance of the hotel.
